A Lot to say today...

Holy Crap! I have only been doing this for a week and I already have 14 followers! Thanks Guys!

I got an blog award from refashion recycle reuse. Thanks girl!

  1. I must have candles burning at all times. (yes one is going right now)
  2. My toes are always painted.
  3. I can not do a cartwheel.
  4. I have not always been plus sizes.
  5. I take a shower every morning and a bath every night. (Opera would be unhappy)
  6. I have a cat and a dog.
  7. My favorite color is green.
  8. I can make a mean Hamburger Helper
  9. LOST is the only time I watch TV. (I am a reader)
  10. I just moved to a big city.

    Cute shoes- I don't know if you can wear them in the summer- but springtime yes- they would look great with the outfit in this post I think

    Hi Amanda!!!! Nice to meet ya!!! I like your blog alot. We definitely have similar shopping habits! I have that sweater from K-mart, will buy shoes at the dollar general store, or thrifted ones :) to a really hot pair I can't afford, though I'm not a designer pusher and rarely go above 50 bucks or so on a shoe! I think suede works all the year long, though your feet may get angry around August!!! I like the fact that you are proud of Who u are, and how u look. I am 45, soon to be 46 and "age-appropriate" is a dirty word to me!!! (Unless I feel silly in something-my inner compass keeps me pretty centered). As u can see I am a widget nut, and had to stretch my blog to hold them all. I do,however, like this style of blog as well. It's amazing how many cute choices there are!!! I ramble, so stop by more often. I'll be following you!!!

    Hmmm... I never burn candles. I am extremely forgetful, and have been known to leave the apartment with them burning. They are just a bad idea for me. I am really jealous of your nightly baths though. That seems like a heavenly way to unwind. Stupid apartment half baths.

    I think you can totally wear them in the summer, but this is coming from a girl who wears chacos with hiking socks in the winter. Haha. Lovin' your striped cardi!
